Featuring multi-pitch climbing routes which get progressively more challenging, this is an exciting course for intermediate level rock climbers who want to push themselves further and learn new skills in a stunning alpine setting.

Based at the Hofpurgl Hütte (1705m), we will endeavour to climb the towering peaks of the Gosaukamm range in the impressive Dachstein mountains in central Austria. The hut offers new rooms and showers for your comfort and to make things easier upon your arrival your backpacks will go up by luggage cable car, making it a very convenient walk up to the hut. The training areas we will use are all close to the hut - it is a 5 minute walk to the rock climbing spot and 20 minutes to the closest tours on the Mosermandl (2680m). The alpine climbs are a bit further, but worth the 1 hour walk. The group size of maximum 4 persons gives us the possibility for a good and extensive training week of rock climbing.

Itinerary
| Day 1 | Arrive in Salzburg and transfer to the Hofpurgl Hutte via the valley town of Filzmoos. Stay overnight in the Hofpurgl Mountain Hut. This will be our base for the week. |
