The Zoldo area has been well-known as an important mining centre since the thirteenth century. In summer, the valley is a fascinating destination for high-altitude walkers, who visit the Pelmo, Civetta or Moiazza mountain ranges. There are numerous alpine routes, woodland nature trails and historic discovery treks which take in all that this beautiful location has to offer. Hunt for prehistoric remains, marvel at the priceless artworks hidden away in the anciuent churches and get in touch with industries of the past by visiting a local iron mine - all to be found here in the Val di Zoldo. The traditional architecture of the area has been particularly well preserved, and many typical houses made from wood and stone can be admired throughout the valley.
The flexible nature of this trip enables you to make your holiday as thrilling as you'd like. This package includes walking tours and a cultural theme with optional guided and mountain walking activities (See programme below).

However, accommodation prices vary monthly and any optional activities selected will also affect the price of your holiday. Therefore, accommodation type and extra guided activities must be advised at the time of booking so we can calculate the overall cost of the package in accordance with your requirements.
