  • Fascinating local history
On this trip we turn off our main route several times and visit Lhotse before climbing to Kala Patthar for a close up view of Everest and surrounding peaks. The trip duration is 17 days including sightseeing in Kathmandu + 14 days for trekking.

You will see many spectacular mountains including:
  • Ama Dablam
  • Makalu 8000m +
  • South face of Lhotse 8000m +
  • Island Peak, Nuptse, Mt. Everest
  • Pumori and many interesting peaks 7000m +
Our highest altitude on this trip will be Kala Patthar (5550m) from where you will have a face to face view of Mt.Everest plus Everest's ice waterfall, zone of death, the Lo La pass, Everest Base Camp and the ice kingdom of the Khumbu Glacier.

This is the trip of a lifetime and will appeal to all mountain lovers and especially those hitherto unfamiliar with Nepal and the mighty Himalayan peaks. It is a voyage of discovery conducted at a leisurely pace amongst some of the most breathtaking scenery on the planet. It is a real adventure, not the usual tourist holiday, with every detail pre-planned by the organiser. Our clients learn and actively participate in the whole experience, getting to know one another and acting as a family. You will get the chance to learn all about this fascinating country staying in the lodges, buying food and getting to know the locals as we journey amidst the highest concentration of 8000m and subsidiary 6000m to 7000m+ peaks in the world.

This is your chance to join an experienced organiser with extensive trekking experience in Nepal who has run successive bi-annual trips to the region over the last 10 years. However, spaces will be limited so please contact us early to express your interest.
