Unity is Strength - Teambuilding in Slovenia

This programme combines professional and fun team-building programmes and involves a blend of team challenges and sporting activities set within Slovenia's stunning natural landscape.

We run it according to the "practice to practice" principle, which means that the solving of all the team tasks and problems is devised in such a way that the knowledge acquired can be transferred directly into your working environment.

Analysis of individual and team performance is done using the FSNP method (Forming, Storming, Norming, Performing).

Best time of year: any time between 15 March and 1 November
Recommended number of participants: 10–25
Location: Tolmin or Bovec and surrounding area
Duration of the programme: two days
Programme focus: improving communication and organisation within the team
Recommended for: business groups, management, marketing departments, sales divisions, management personnel
